The Algorithmic Frontiers' Chatbot was trained trained with documents curated by the artist and curator to answer your questions about the Exhibit. It uses a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) system. It still needs more training but it already gives excellent answers and helps you navigate art and policy on AI. Watch the video!
We’re sharing this research because it's an exciting development in cultural mediation led by an artist for other artists and galleries. At this stage, we find it's worth looking into as it can create a direct channel of communication between the public and the artists. By adding a voice assistant, it would greatly improve accesssibility and reach. During the launch and other events, visitors will be able to test it.
